a. Material: 42CrMo forge
b. Manufacturer: China
c. Product art: caststeel ingot,forge semifinished product,fire treatment after forge,rough treatment by lathe,heat treatment,accurate treatment by lathe,quench in surface.
d. Requirements of heat treatment: adjust material:HB220-260
osmosis depth of quench≥3mm(single side), strength≥HRC45-50.
B. Bottom rollers
a. Material: 45# steel
b. Manufacturer: China
c. Reports: material certificate of forging, and other inspection reports
d. Product art: caststeel ingot,forge semifinished product,fire treatment after forge,rough treatment by lathe,heat treatment,accurate treatment by lathe,quench in surface.
e. Requirements of heat treatment:
1) adjust material: HB220-260.
2)Osmosis depth of quench≥ 3mm(single side), strength≥HRC45-50.
3.Wield components
Include rack of machine, base board and other steel components.
A. Art-flow of welding components
Inspect plate,pre-handle plate,provide material,process the mouth of slope,welding,inspect weld bead,anneal treatment,rough prose,vibrate limitation,accurate treatment,rust cleaning in surface, corrosion prevent,paint.
B. Technical requirements
a. The material of wielding component is not lower to Q235A, thickness of plate of every component, must satisfied the requirements about strength, steel, stability, safety and must observe some standards of roiling machine and steel construction.
b. All wielding joints must satisfied some standards, the high of wielding joints can't lower to the smaller thickness of the two workpiece.
c. Must do appearance inspection to wielding joints of steel, surface of weld bead must even, beautiful, slick and sly, can't has defects like as flaw, un-wield fuse, blowhole and so on.
d. The roll shafts must finished by bore machine.
